The RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award 2018 Entry Form

This Entry Form MUST please be read in conjunction with the Rules and Information for Candidates for the RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award 2018 (the “Rules”) on the RTST website.

You must upload your curriculum vitae and submit it with this Entry Form.

Where any box in this Entry Form specifies a “maximum” word count, it does not mean that you must write that many words: it is permissive, not mandatory. Sections marked with an * are compulsory.

How will I know my application has been submitted? You will see a summary of your application confirming that it has been submitted successfully and you will also receive an email confirmation. If a section of this Entry Form is not completed correctly, the form will not be submitted and an error message will appear at the top of this page.

The deadline for receipt of this Entry Form is 6pm on Monday, 4 June 2018.

We strongly advise you to not wait until the final 1 or 2 hours prior to the deadline to submit your application because you might experience technical problems making your submission during this time; the RTST accepts no responsibility for any failed submission of an application.
